A lifelong Liberty County resident, Kathy Welch brings deep community ties and nearly a decade of hands-on real estate experience to her role at Holtzman Real Estate Services. Kathy joined the Holtzman team in 2014, spending years mastering every aspect of the business — from rental management and property sales to delivering the kind of client service that keeps people coming back. She earned her Associate Broker license in 2019, a milestone that reflected the expertise she had steadily built from the ground up. In 2020, Kathy took that knowledge and opened Holtzman Elite Properties as Owner/Broker, partnering with Holtzman Real Estate Services to create a seamless, all-in-one destination for buyers, sellers, owners, and tenants alike. Whether you're looking to rent, buy, or have your investment professionally managed, Kathy and her team are equipped to handle it all under one roof.

Tim Bigelow is a U.S. Army Gulf War Veteran who has called the Liberty County area home for over 35 years. That deep local roots and military background have shaped the way he approaches his work — with discipline, reliability, and an unwavering commitment to getting things right. Tim brings extensive experience in customer service to his role at Holtzman Real Estate Services, where he oversees operations with a focus on delivering the highest level of care to every owner and tenant the company serves. His attention to detail ensures nothing falls through the cracks, whether it's a maintenance issue, an owner concern, or the day-to-day systems that keep the business running smoothly. Outside the office, Tim enjoys fishing and boating with his family on the Georgia coast.

Having grown up as a military child, Sandy Duggan knows firsthand how much it matters to find the right place to call home. A Texas native who has made Georgia her permanent home, she brings a deep appreciation for this community and the people who serve here. Sandy has been working in property management since 2012, where she discovered a genuine passion for real estate and the day-to-day work of keeping properties — and people — well taken care of. She became a licensed Realtor in 2018, adding formal expertise to the hands-on knowledge she had already built over years in the field. At Holtzman Real Estate Services, Sandy applies that same commitment to hard work, integrity, and exceptional service to every owner and tenant she works with. Outside the office, she's a devoted family person with a love of travel — and Greece is at the top of her bucket list.

Kaely Walker has built her career around one consistent thread: a genuine passion for helping people. From her time serving as a soldier in the U.S. Army to her work in real estate, every role she has taken on has been driven by a desire to make a difference for those around her. At Holtzman Real Estate Services, Kaely brings that same people-first mindset to her work as Accounting & Office Manager, keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly while ensuring every owner and tenant feels genuinely supported. She believes that professionalism and personal connection aren't mutually exclusive — her goal is for every client to feel like they have a knowledgeable friend in their corner. Kaely is deeply familiar with the communities Holtzman serves, including Hinesville, Midway, Jesup, Fort Stewart, Hunter Army Airfield, and the surrounding areas, making her a valuable resource for anyone navigating the local rental or real estate market.

Carolyn “Shy” La Rue was born and raised in Alabama before eventually traveling across the country to Washington State, where she met her husband, John. John later joined the military, and together they have enjoyed the opportunities and experiences that come with military life. Shy and her husband share their home with two dogs that they absolutely adore. In her free time, she enjoys spending time outdoors fishing, hiking, and kayaking. Shy recently joined Holtzman Real Estate Services as our Maintenance Coordinator and has quickly become a valuable member of the team. She is actively learning all aspects of property maintenance coordination and works closely with vendors, tenants, and owners to help ensure maintenance requests are handled efficiently and professionally. Her positive attitude and dedication to learning make her a great addition to the Holtzman team.

Heather Brooks was born in Pennsylvania and raised in Hinesville, Georgia, giving her a strong connection to the local community. She is the proud mother of a 15-year-old daughter who means the world to her. Outside of work, Heather enjoys caring for her animals, with her bearded dragon, “Gorbachev,” holding a special place as her favorite. She is also passionate about giving back to the community and volunteers with the Red Cross, while remaining actively involved in her church. Heather recently joined the Holtzman Real Estate Services team as our Move-Out Coordinator. In this role, she helps ensure the move-out process runs smoothly by coordinating inspections, communication, and the many details involved in property turnovers. Her dedication, organization, and commitment to helping others make her a valuable addition to the Holtzman team.

Kayla Dishner is originally from Florida and recently joined the Holtzman Real Estate Services team. She is married to a soldier stationed at Fort Stewart and is a proud mother to her 9-year-old daughter. In her free time, Kayla enjoys traveling, exploring natural scenery, and spending quality time with her family. Her strong family values and attention to detail carry over into her professional role. Kayla specializes in ensuring a smooth and positive move-in experience for tenants, helping set the tone for successful tenancies from day one. She also assists Sandy with HOA management, working to maintain community standards, supporting residents, and ensuring that rules and regulations are consistently followed.

Candice Goolsby is a Hinesville native and a valued member of the Holtzman Real Estate Services team. With a keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality, she plays an essential role as a Move-In/Move-Out Inspector, ensuring properties meet company standards and are ready for residents. Candice takes pride in thoroughly documenting property conditions and helping create a smooth transition for both owners and tenants. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, spending time in nature, sharing a good laugh, and caring for her beloved pups. Her positive attitude and attention to detail make her a great asset to the team.

Robert “Robbie” Sauls, originally from Midway, is a valued member of the Holtzman Real Estate Services team. Known for his strong attention to detail, Robbie serves as an inspector, providing thorough and accurate reports on property conditions to ensure homes are properly maintained and cared for. Outside of work, Robbie has a true passion for music. He enjoys singing and playing the guitar, bringing creativity and energy into everything he does. He also values spending quality time with his family. Robbie’s dedication, reliability, and eye for detail make him an important part of maintaining the high standards expected at Holtzman Real Estate Services.

Migdalia “Mimi” Inyang, originally from New York, brings a wealth of experience and professionalism to the Holtzman Real Estate Services team. With a strong background in banking, she offers exceptional attention to detail and customer service. Mimi is tri-lingual, speaking Spanish, English, and Efik, which allows her to connect with a diverse range of clients and provide a welcoming experience to all. As a Rental Specialist, Mimi enjoys meeting prospective tenants and takes pride in helping them find a place they can truly call home. Her approachable personality and dedication make the leasing process smooth and enjoyable for everyone she works with. In her spare time, Mimi enjoys cooking, creating artwork, and spending time outdoors camping and hiking.

Originally from Texas, Madison Briley brings warmth, creativity, and a welcoming presence to Holtzman Real Estate Services. As the receptionist, she is the friendly voice you hear and the first smile you see when contacting or visiting our office. Madison has a true love for animals, especially her beloved dogs, and enjoys expressing her creative side by redecorating her home to give it a personal touch. Her positive attitude and approachable personality help create a great experience for everyone she interacts with. Madison plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly while ensuring every client, tenant, and owner feels welcomed and valued.
